Crucial 2GB PC-4200 DDR2 DIMM Kit (1GB x 2)

Strengths: Name brand memory.

Weakness: None

I have always used Crucial memory and have never had a single problem. This is the second set of the 2GB kit that I have purchased as of late. The prices sure have dropped, I can't believe I purchased these from Newegg for less than $56.00 including s&h.

Crucial DDR2, PC2- 4200, Unbuffered, DIMM Memory (2...

Strengths: Ease of Installation, ability to purchase EXACT type of memory for my computer

Weakness: None so far!

I purchased this memory as an upgrade and replacement memory for my son's HP Pavilion Slimline desktop pc. The description provided by Crucial was detailed enough that it made buying the exact type of memory I needed a breeze. Furthermore, their item number was exactly the same model number I learned I needed.

It took about 15 minutes to install the memory and that time was mostly comprised of unscrewing the screws and removing the fan and CD drive. The memory just slid right into place and required no force on my part.

Since installation (one week ago), the computer has run remarkably faster and it seems to be quieter, too. I would definitely purchase Crucial products again.

Crucial 2GB PC2-4200 upgrade is as solid as any...

Strengths: A good choice for upgrading my new HP Pavilion Slimline s3020n PC, especially as the memory comes with a lifetime limited warranty.

Weakness: None - I've had great results with Crucial products to date.

Remember to discharge any static electricity before handling the memory upgrade or any internal computer equipment to protect it from damage due to electrical static discharges. You can do this by touching the PC power supply (while the PC is off, of course) or (better) by using an antistatic strap.

Dual Channel Memory Kit

Strengths: Product was delivered very promptly at our house.

Weakness: No weaknesses noticed at this time. Maybe I would've preferred the 2-1 GB in one item rather than two.

Just thanks for the memories. Our family members are enjoying the advantages that the additional memory provides.Your product has lived up to expectations. My PC runs a lot faster.
