I LOVE MY SHUFFLE!

Strengths: Size, function, beauty, utility

Weakness: Price, limited control

I can't say enough about the beauty and utility of this Apple iPod product. It's tough, light, sweet and great-sounding. Owning several other iPods, I am aware of the control limitations on this unit (e.g. no selective play, no automatic sleep/alarm, etc.) but who are we kidding? If I want those functions, I use my other iPods! This little beauty is perfect for walking, travel and just plain showing off! Buy it, wear it, use it!

good product

Strengths: cute shape. Very nice earphone with great sound.

Weakness: we want wireless earphone. I hate I-tune.

Well, it's the cutest mp3 player I ever know.
Pink color is a great color for teenage girl.
light weight is good for running and other sports.
Put it on the clothes and it looks like a decoration.
Overall, it's a fashionable and practical and fancy
little thing.

shuffle 2nd gen

Strengths: size, clip, new earphones, appeal

Weakness: no screen, no electric charge-usb only, 1gb space, cost

This is an expensive item--as always with apple. you are paying for something tiny and cute, not for capacity or function. however, if this is what you want, there is no better tiny mp3 player out there. seems sturdy enough and clip also seems strong. sound is great. holds a decent amount of songs--if you arent into playlists etc., this is great. it should come with an electric charger-only comes with a USB charger which means you need proximity to a notebook. the new earphones are far better than the old apple set. easy to set up with itunes.

iPod Shuffle

Strengths: Miniscule size.

Weakness: Price. iTunes.

The iPod Shuffle is so extremely small, it is incredible! But you are limited in the functionality of the unit. No display. You are stuck using iTunes, which is not a problems for millions of people. Great sound quality.

Nice 'little' player

Strengths: Size, definitely the size.

Weakness: Not capable of listening to podcasts (as far as I know) and no face place to see what's playing.

I purchased for using during running and working out, strictly to have a 'small' player compared to my home iPod video. So far so good. Would recommend as a player for on the go and not worrying too much if it gets lost of dinged up.
