Nice KeyboardStrengths: Nice backlight, High Quality, Great for gaming! Weakness: It is wide, make sure you have the desk space. This keyboard is pretty nice. It installed without a problem. I did not use the drivers on the CD, but went to the website and downloaded the latest drivers. The backlighting is easy on the eyes. The keyboard is wide and you may have to adjust your seating position. I highly recommend this keyboard. Also, this is the best price on the web for this keyboard. Engineered for Gaming but not your keyboard drawer!
Strengths: Programmable keys, really cool key backlighting, very elegant looking
Weakness: A bit pricey, too wide
Firstly, Pricegrabber needs to correct their description of this keyboard to "wired" and not wireless. The backlighting alone would be murder on your batteries if it were wireless.
The keys are very quiet to the touch and don't require a lot of readjustment ergonomically from your old keyboard. ...However that's once you manage to physically position yourself and your chair to the left to type on it! The keyboard is so wide you have to either move myself to the left or the keyboard to the right, almost allowing the right foot of the keyboard to fall off the edge of my keyboard drawer, to get your fingers on the home row keys! Also if I wanted to close my drawer I'd have to either adjust the keyboard diagonally or even turn it lengthwise to allow it to clear my drawer rails supports. I may just have an unusually narrow drawer. If you're one of those hardcore gamers that set up their game system on a good-ole cafeteria table you'll have no problems at all.
I mainly bought this keyboard for the backlighting. I know you can get other less expensive backlit keyboards but I know first-hand of Microsoft's quality and elegance in their hardware products and there's no exception with this Reclusa keyboard (other than the width problem). Nevertheless I recommend this keyboard.
