V220 Mouse

Strengths: Fits into my hand, Invisible Optical

Weakness: None

This is a very nice mouse. I also have MX610, which is much costlier than this one. I find this one better. MX610 sometimes does not behave well. Its cursor bounces off. May be due to interference with other devices. But this one works pretty well. Its lighter, and the receiver snaps in the mouse, which is not available in MX610. It has a very good battery life and uses only one AA type battery.
The buttons are very soft and I find it very convenient to use.
Since the Optical is invisible, it looks like a Laser mouse !!
Overall the best mouse in this category I found.

V220 Cordless Notebook Mouse

Strengths: Easy to set up-smooth movement-lightweight and accurate.

Weakness: None

Excellent mouse. Works great, just plug and play, beautiful smooth movement, lightweight and accurate. I have never had a mouse so pleasant to use.

Good Mouse

Strengths: Fits in my palm

Weakness: USB receiver a little bigger

This mouse is a very nice compact mouse for laptops and desktop that does it's job very well. The mouse worked right out of the box without the need to install any drivers. You only need to install drivers if you wish to customize the button functions.

Logitech V220 optical notebook mouse

Strengths: -Rubber grips on side -Very sensitive -Battery life -Programmable buttons with software download

Weakness: -USB receiver sticks out -Can't use if other Logitech wireless mouses are being used in the same room

I bought this mouse so that I would be able to navigate through windows and folders faster on my notebook computer. So far it works quite well. I am able to program the scroll button to three desired functions after downloading the software on Logitech's website. This mouse can be adjusted to be very sensitive to movement which I like so I can navigate all the way across my screen with one movement of my wrist. The USB receiver sticks out and can get in the way of things. The rubber grips on the side make the mouse comfortable to hold. I'm not sure if this is the case with all wireless products but the real downside to this mouse is that you can't use it if there's another wireless logitech mouse in the same room. My roommate has a wireless logitech mouse also and if we are in the same room, the mouse arrow will not move on the computer screen. I have not tested the range or if the same thing happens with other brands. Overall I am happy with this purchase.

Silver or Black... Who cares, both are great.

Strengths: Very compact, Comes in two colors, Inexpensive, Clip-on receiver, Sturdy buttons, and Good grip.

Weakness: Lacking side buttons (near the thumb), and Receiver still sticks out of notebook,

I bought this mouse because it was inexpensive. I bought the black one because it fits the decor of my notebook (although my notebook is black and silver so either would have worked). The buttons are sturdy and has that bounce one expects, but I do miss the side buttons near the thumb. I imagine they excluded the button to encourage left-handed users to purchase it too. The grip is solid and the mouse is precise.

Logitech v220 Mouse

Strengths: Fits very well, comfortable

Weakness: Nothing

It fits the palm really very well and the rubber pads at the sides gives a good grip. It requires only 1 AA battery which is good again and also the battery life is good. Also there is a storage place for the receiver at the bottom which if placed shuts off the mouse automatically. Altogether its a great mouse...

Good Basic Mouse

Strengths: Portability and Great Tracking

Weakness: Does not have extra explorer buttons - forward and back buttons

I've used this mouse for exactly one month, both on a laptop and a desktop computer. Very fast, accurate tracking. It requires 2 AA batteries. You have the capability of turning off the mouse to save battery. I never did and the batteries lasted exactly 1 month. I am quite happy with the purchase and would buy more, but we already have 3.

Great little mouse!

Strengths: Nice compact small size. Great for laptops. Very accurate tracking.

Weakness: Wish the receiver was a little smaller.

This mouse is a very nice compact mouse for laptops that does it's job very well. It is very responsive and accurate. It even turns itself off when you slide the receiver in the bottom. I really can't complain about it, since I got such a good deal on it after buying it on Black Friday.

Durability will still have to be tested since I just started using it, but if it's like any other Logitech product, it will probably last quite awhile. Also haven't been able to test the battery life yet.

I saw in a Dell Catalog that they were selling this in lots of different colors. Mine was grey, but the Dell ones were selling for much more. You can't go wrong with this mouse unless you have really big hands.

Great mouse

Strengths: Easy to use. No software required. Small and sleek.

Weakness: none

This is a great wireless notebook mouse. I love it! It's small but not too small. Range is good. It did not come with a carrying case but I don't mind that. I would definitely recommend buying this mouse.

Logitech Wireless mouse

Strengths: small, compact for travel

Weakness: Small mouse, hard on large hands

Great little mouse, perfect for people who do not like to use those little trackpads on laptops. I've sued this for a few days now, and it serves me well. The mouse is a little small, my larger hands had a rough time adjusting to it, but now it is easy to use.

a very well made mouse from Logitech

Strengths: good package, good size for portable

Weakness: doesn't seem to have good range

First it's very easy to unpack, most plastic packages are very hard to open, but this one has special marks, just tear follow the marks.
The mouse itself is very elegant, has a very good feeling on the rubber outfit. The size is very good, it's a bit bigger than old notebook mouse. I see this as a trend since I've got another microsoft notebook laser 6000 which also is very identical to the size of this logitech one. I like the trend for enlarging the notebook mouse, most of the older notebook mouse are just too small to hold. It uses one AA battery, the compartment is very easy to open, changing battery is a breeze. There is a dedicated on/off switch at the bottom, maybe good for preserve the battery life longer. Logitech claims that battery life could be as long as 6 months, I'll see how long I can drain... There is a indicator on the top to show the battery level. The USB dongle can be inserted into the bottom of the mouse for easy portability. Upon using, the movement is very accurate and smooth. But the range seems suffer a bit, if I move a bit farther away from the notebook, the mouse seems less responsible and movement is choppy. I don't know why, my microsoft notebook laser 6000 don't have this problem. Other than that, I'm pretty satisfied.

V220

Strengths: Reasonable price, Compact design

Weakness: No case or pouch.

This is my second Logitech mouse. I cannot remember the model of my first mouse but it is the one that comes with numuric keypad. So far this mouse works well. After I first plugged in a mouse to my laptop running on Windows XP, the mouse worked in just a few seconds. There is no need to install any software.

The mouse body is quite compact and fits my hand. I also like the fact that the USB receiver can snap into the mouse. My first logitech cordless does not have this feature. However, this model does not come with case or pouch which is different from what I have from my first mouse.

So far, it works great, and is worth buying!

Excellent cordless optical mouse for laptops

Strengths: Small but not too small; only needs a single AA battery (included); high resolution

Weakness: Wireless USB dongle is larger than it needs to be; too bad it does not attach flush with the mouse when not in use

This is a very nice cordless optical mouse with 1000 dpi resolution. To me it is just the right size for a normal sized hand. The scroll wheel is also very quiet so you do not have to hear clicks everytime you use it like with other mice.
The mouse worked right out of the box without the need to install any drivers. You only need to install drivers if you wish to use some of the additional features of the mouse like side scrolling.

Logitech V220 Cordless Mouse

Strengths: Comfortable, Cheap, Smooth

Weakness: non-rechargable battery

I bought it because I purchased my first lappy several days ago and as a newbie, I'm not familiar with touch-pad. Logitech V220 is cheap, small, cordless, optical. It's fast with high dpi. Everything goes smoothly except that I have to buy battery. But you can not beat the price, right?

Good travel mouse

Strengths: Small design, cordless, optical

Weakness: None so far

This is a good mouse to use if you're traveling. It's small, so it's very portable, but not too small that it's difficult to use. A nice feature is the storage of the receiver at the bottom of the mouse. You simply slide it in when not in use and it automatically turns the mouse switch off to save battery life. If you download the Logitech software you can customize the button functions.

Great V220 Cordless Notebook Mouse

Strengths: very comfortable and accurate! Bargain Price!

Weakness: Miss a lot of useful buttons!

V220 is a quite small mouse with a high 1000 dpi optical sensor. It has soft rubber grips and a convenient mini-receiver which can hide into the mouse. In addition, tts price is hard to beat! $15!!
Unfortunately the mouse missed a lot of buttons, compared with MX610 and revolution series. It only has a left and a right click button, but where are two extra buttons that you can use for tasks like previous/next or mini/maximalize???

Almost Perfect...

Strengths: The usb adapter clicks and stays put under the mouse unlike the last logitech mouse. Needs only one battery, battery light does not stay on, goes off when not in use

Weakness: USB adapter could be shorter like the most current models.

Can't beat the price for yesterdays technology! The newer mice come with a shorter adapter which is less likely to bend and break off in the notebook.

Accurate and fast what more could I ask for? I love it!

Always Trust Logitech

Strengths: Very smooth, campact, great price!

Weakness: Not as fast as I would like.

I have always trusted Logitech products, and this mouse did not let me down.
I have a notebook that has a built-in sync mouse, and we all know how inconvenient they are.
I needed a mouse that was the right size, and the right price.
Notebook mice usually fall into one of two categories; either they are too bulky or too expensive.
After a long, drawn out search, I found this mouse at Circuit City for under $20. It works fine. It is very small, and the batteries last a long time. It also has a battery indicator light which lets you know when to change it. It is very convenient, but the response time is a wee bit slower than that of the mice in the $40-50 range.
For the price, I can deal with the bit of a delay.

Nice little mouse, doesn't bite the cheese...

Strengths: Price..just picked up for $19. Rubber trim makes it nice to hold in your hand. Just the right size for your hand. Extra on/off switch for travel and storage.

Weakness: Fairly tall rather than some of the slim models coming out. What makes things worse is that the USB dongle is longer than some others and does not go inside the mouse but rather snaps to the bottom.

I have been a long fan of Logitech. I have the Harmony remotes at home, their speakers attached to my laptop, etc. So when it came time to choose between this mouse and a slim line Kensington which, after its rebate, would have been an equal price, I went with this one. The Kensington does have a slim profile I liked, stored the dongle inside the unit and even had a small corded USB connection if the wireless failed. Compelling argument to purchase the same. However, after speaking with people at Circuit City, they told me that they get alot of the Kensingtons back for one reason or another and that it would be a safer bet with the Logitech. It does feel good in the hand and the computer instantly recognized the same and works well. In fact, if you want to customize the buttons and some extra features, there is a link to Logitech's site for some extra tweek software you can download for free. Great for the price although a bit thick for a laptop travel mouse especially with extra depth of the USB dongle on the bottom rather than housed inside the mouse itself like other have.

V220 Cordless Notebook Mouse

Strengths: very comfortable, soft grip, accurate

Weakness: battery not rechargeable

I really like this mouse. It is very comfortable and it works very well. The other good thing is that the receiver can snap under so i will not easily lose it. Although I wish it had rechargeable battery, the battery life is pretty good. I have been using it regularly in the last 3 months and i still dont need to replace the battery. Probably the auto off switch when you plugged the receiver under helps. If you are looking for a reasonable priced mouse that works very well, this one might fits well.

Nice mouse

Strengths: very comfortable.

Weakness: none so far.

It's a very cute mouse, fits completely in my palm. The USB receiver can be pluged under the mouse when it's not in use, so helps me to keep track of the tiny receiver. Another nice feature of the mouse is that when you slide the receiver under the mouse, the switch under it will automatically be put into OFF position, i guess it helps on battery life.
