Bamboo Fun TabletStrengths: Very smooth to use Weakness: A bit pricy for the small one In light of lacking competition in this market, Bamboo Fun is the only show which results in higher price. It is a good product. Nevertheless, I hope there will be more competitors for this product to drag the price down. 43% of readers found this review helpful. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Wacom Bamboo Review
The Wacom Bamboo is a new range of affordable pen tablets aimed at more casual users who can't justify the relatively high price of the Intous3 range. Bamboo Fun Small Digitizing Tablet
Strengths: Enhances the funtionality of MANY popular software programs, software, mouse
Weakness: Mouse movement limited, manual.
I purchase this item to enhance some graphics work and to have "tablet" like function to my pc. It works and comes with Photoshop Elements 5.0 Win, 4.0 Mac, Nik Color Efex Pro 2 GE, Painter Essentials 3. The tutorial is good but the manual and help is vague when it come to telling you how to add signatures and write. The tutorial basically show you how to use the functions, but not really how to use them as they apply to real world document creation. The area on this is pretty small and the mouse works within that small area. Having the mouse help as you transition yourself to depend totally on the stylus. The mouse isn't as smooth as a laser mouse but not as bad as the ones with the rolling ball.
Overall, I like the tablet and the extra dollars was worth having the mouse and software included.
