HP (Hewlett-Packard) iPAQ 3835 PDAStrengths: Fast, SD slot, a lot of software available, updates that keep the unit in tip top shape, available expansion packs. Weakness: none I have used other handhelds and this is far superior. This is the second in a generation of handhelds made by Compaq that uses the very useful expansion packs, including one that is a camera. The screen is .25 inches bigger than other brands and it makes a big difference. Compaq is very good about updating software, and fixing bugs and other problems with the unit. Very nice unit, no complaints here. 94% of readers found this review helpful. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

HP (Hewlett-Packard) iPAQ 3835 PDA
Strengths: Definitely easy to use. It took about a day for me to pretty much master the OS. Lots of features available, including tons of options for expansion. I got the battery to completely charge in 1 hour.
Weakness: The only thing that comes to mind is this: it would be nice if the battery was removable, so that you would be able to use it longer. Not to say that the battery life is incredibly short.
I strongly recommend this model to anyone. This is one of the lower-end models in the iPAQ series, and I'm still very impressed. I would really recommend anyone one of the iPAQ models to anyone. There's so many things that can be done with this, and it has so many features to use. There really seems to be no limit to what can be done with this, as far as handhelds go. I researched and compared it with many of the other models of comparable price and found that for the money, you get way more features. Definitely worth your money.
