Enermax 350Watt Dual Fan Whisper ATX+12V Power...

Strengths: Quiet, reliable, dual fan, braided cables, long leads, thermal diode (for fan control), P4 compatible.

Weakness: May not fit some cases, power segmented by rails, slightly outdated (e.g., 350W may be marginal for today’s heavily loaded systems, no Serial ATA leads).

I’ve had this PSU in my wife’s PC for quite some time, couldn’t be happier. Although not 100% silent, it does run very quiet for a PSU w/ two fans. Motherboard diagnostics consistently show steady, reliable power to all rails (12v, 3.3v, and 5v) and within expected tolerances. Braided cables make for neat installation, and leads are plenty long enough for even the tallest cases. Fan control is via thermal diode. I had to use a small tie-down to ensure diode doesn’t fall into CPU fan. One caution -- the presence of the additional fan may interfere with installation in some cases (e.g., Lian-Li, some models install PSU upside done, making fan point UPWARDS away from CPU). In my case, I had to remove the fan guard to prevent interference with a structural brace on the door panel side of my Antec SX-630 case. Lack of Serial ATA leads may be an issue for some people, although this is to be expected since this model pre-dates the introduction of Serial ATA by several years. While the product is more expensive than budget power supplies, it typically delivers far more amps per rail, which contributes greatly to the stability of your system, that’s well worth the extra bucks. In the case of a power supply, you really do get what you pay for.

Enermax 350Watt Dual Fan Whisper ATX+12V Power...

Strengths: Great power supply! Really does "whisper", meaning that it really is quiet.

Weakness: i guess there are cheaper ones, but you pay for what you get... And maybe the could have more colors but this isnt a real concern either

I needed some more juice because my old 250 wasnt pulling my power hungry computer. I just went for a good power supply that AMD recomends. I believe intel does also. If you want a queit dual fan 350 get this one! And if you dont like yours send it to me because I love it!

Enermax 350Watt Dual Fan Whisper ATX+12V Power...

Strengths: Very quite.

Weakness: After you turn on the power, it will transmitt some electricity to the board no matter you turn on the computer or not. It scares me a bit.

Overall it is a good product. It is very quite and the temprature of my system stay low even without a system fan in summer.( I do not have AC)
