not a bad choice

Strengths: great looking, solid constructed

Weakness: useless frontview LED, not aluminum. and too expensive

I have been looking around for the case for HTPC for couple months, there are several good brand you may consider as well, zalman, silverstone, or some other really expensive one. For some HTPC cases,7-12 inch LCD will be on the front panel, which also cost more. But to
be honest, it is kind of useless even with the LED, you
rarely read the text from your sofa and the remote you use to control the cursor is not as sensitive as your wireless mouse and keyboard. The overall looking of this case is great and elegant, nicely fit in my living room. But to pull out the panel and put the PC components in is not so smooth. I have use coolermaster Lianli and other good brand case for years, I think thermaltake need some improvement on this. There are 3 fans inside the case, so you can hear that if you turn the TV off, but the fans also cool down the case(because it is not aluminum one.)

If you are not a big fan of frontpanel LED, LCD, I will suggest to buy an aluminum HTPC case and buy a cheaper one.

The other thought is, the LED light is not as light blue as show on the picture, it is more like deep blue, which is a bit cheap.

looks and thats it

Strengths: LOOKS GOOD, STRONG , BIG FOR AIRFLOW, BIG VIDEO CARDS SHOULD FIT MY ATI 4890 FITS

Weakness: BOTTOM DRIVE (UNDER THE CD ROM) IS TIGHT FIT FOR PUTTING IN STORAGE HARD DRIVES ON RAILS THAT SECURE THEM. HAVING TROUBLE CLOSING THE FRONT PANNEL OF THE CASE

I DONT KNOW HOW MUCH DIFFERENCE IT MAKES NOT BEING ALUMINUM.

I DID NOT GET THE REMOTE WOKING YET

WIRELESS MOUSE MAY ALWAYS WORK BETTER ANYWAY
CANT SPEAK FOR ALL WIRELESS MOUSES (I BOUGHT THE BEST ONE MICRSOFT MAKES
