Not worth it

Strengths: Has everything Vista can offer

Weakness: expensive

I have used both Vista Home Premium and Vista Ultimate. I personally don't think that what Ultimate offers justies the price difference. I still think that XP profesional was better than Vista.

Vista is business unfrendly

Strengths: integration with everything media

Weakness: big, vista desktop, mouse behavior, expensive, changes to explorer

I've used vista business, vista enterprise and vista ultimate in the business world and using it is aggravating. The way they changed mouse behavior is not a good change. You have to know where your mouse is or you could inadvertently move something because of mouse hover/select functionality. I crashed my system once by inadvertently moving the windows directory to my desktop. I don't like the way they changed explorer with its directory bar. Give me a folder list any day. The only bright spot is Ultimate's integration of all things media. It is very flashy and for the most part, easier to view, especially HD items. For Business I would recommend XP Professional.
