Great LaptopStrengths: Compare to all big brand names (IBM, Sony, Toshiba, Dell and HP), this is the best price and best quality I could find. The design with all cool features available on the keyboard is excellent. Weakness: I wanted to buy a CPU over 2GHz but this is not available for this model. The graphic card and monitor resolution should upgrade too. Great buy. If you want to save money, this is definitely the BESTBUY. The wide screen with its speaker system really made it like a small home theater. You can also find other retailers will give you a printer for free when you buy this laptop. You can beat the deal anywhere. 100% of readers found this review helpful. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Acer 6920-6621
Strengths: Stylish, Finger Print Reader, Integrated Webcam
Weakness: Battery life could be better
I purchased the Acer Aspire 6920-6621 at Circuit City for $700. It's a pretty decent system at this price considering it includes extras such as an integrated webcam and fingerprint reader, features that are usually only found on more expensive systems.
The laptop has a unique design. The 16" screen is an exact 16:9 ratio, which is great for widescreen movies. It does take some getting used to though. The CineDash media console adds to the uniqueness of this notebook, but seems kind of a like a gimmick.
As for as specifications go, this is an excellent media notebook, great for movies, viewing pictures and other daily tasks such as web browsing and word processing. With a 1.8ghz processor, 3gb of RAM, a 320 GB HDD and a DVD burner you can use this right out of the box without having to upgrade anything. Gamers might want to take note that this laptop uses an integrated graphics card, which isn't ideal for gaming.
If you're looking for something for gaming or for portability this probably isn't the laptop for you, but if you're looking for something stylish and unique this is more than sufficient for most people.
