Samsung Glyde- poor touchscreen

Strengths: camera, qwerty keyboard, music player

Weakness: touchscreen, slow screen

This Samsung fails in its most basic functions as a cell phone. I'm hoping samsung will release a software update within my 2 week return period, as currently this phone is almost unusable. I've tried adjusting the sensitivity levels for the touchscreen, but it still fails to impress me. Read the same issues from other users on the net, so I doubt it is just my phone.

Do not waste your money on this phone! I've always thought Samsungs were nicer phones till now. I'll take an LG anyday over this. My wife's LG works flawlessly.
