Great Product

Strengths: Large screen, easy to use, FM radio feature that allows you to purchase songs you are hearing, good support and easy set-up, excellent ear buds.

Weakness: I concur with what the other reviewers mentioned. Wish Bose and other companies would make products compatible with Zune as well.

I have found this to be a wonderful high quality product. I especially enjoy having the option of being able to listen to FM radio and purchase songs I hear. I have downloaded so many pictures, videos and songs and have barely made an impact on the memory. Zune site is easy to navigatge and has interesting song/album recommendations you might not consider otherwise. Good social network.

Zune is da Bomb!!!

Strengths: 80 gig size is great for my varying music taste. it allow me to store my whole current music library

Weakness: separate interface for MS mediaplayer. it should be conpatible

I love the player. It is large enough; it can play both wma and mp3, as well as video formats. But microsoft needs to make all it product compatible: from OS to hardware. The social connection is the Bomb!!!

Great iPod replacement

Strengths: 3.2" screen, Name-Display Radio, WiFi sync, better updated software, huge 80gb drive.

Weakness: No radio recorder, No audio recorder, No equalizer, No wall charger in box, No touch screen, CANT view song/album on sideway view.

It's great MP3 player, but still missing some nice points.
I just don't like it that it doesn't come with wall charger, but you can use normal USB charger.
the worst part is.. it doesn't play all movie (.avi, .mkv, etc)
why can't the great M$ create somethin' that will play all format?? why?
