Overall a good compact DSLR bag from CanonStrengths: Good quality bag from Canon Stylish design which looks nice Easy to carry and good inside design Weakness: Not bigger enough for DSLR with more than 3 lenses, or large lenes, or lots of accessories. Love this Gadget Bag! It perfectly host my Digital Rebel XTi with two lenes, battery charger, extra battery pack, one CF card, and two filters etc. It's easy to use and confident to carry around. The quality is great, the bag feels like it's been very solid built and the material is durable. Handling is very nice. It looks very stylish too. 100% of readers found this review helpful. Canon 100-EG Custom Gadget BagStrengths: Genuine Canon bag. Sturdy construction. Good protection for the gear. Lots of accessory pockets. Style. Weakness: Size (a little on the small side). For traveling purpose, the 100EG is well suited for short trips where you do not need to bring a lot of gear (extra lenses, flashlight, battery charger, etc) with you. With a good size lense (28-135mm/f3.5-5.6 IS USM EF lense, for example) mounted on the camera, there's enough room left for the battery charger or perhaps a flashlight, but not enough for another lense. 100% of readers found this review helpful. Nice Camera BagStrengths: Rugged material, well-padded. Weakness: Could be a bit larger and have additional side-pockets. I bought this bag to replace an old camera bag. It's constructed with heavy-duty nylon and sturdy zippers. The inside is well-padded and comes with two velcro-attached dividers. It comes with a shoulder strap as well as a belt strap which can be tugged under a back-side cover when not used. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Durable Camera BagStrengths: plenty of room, comfortable shoulder strap, durable/waterproof material, waist strap, secure closure Weakness: bulky I love this bag. I purchased it for my recent trip to Alaska because I wanted a durable, water resistant bag to keep my new Canon S5 camera and accessories in. Despite being a little bulky, the bag held my camera, memory cards, binoculars, and batteries easily and I felt as though if I dropped the bag or if it got wet, my things would be safe and secure. I read in past reviews that the bag was not large enough for a SLR and all the lenses, but it was perfect for my big digital camera. Even when I invest in some lenses for the camera, there is plenty of room in the bag for them. I liked the options of carrying the bag over my shoulder or around my waist, which was great when hiking. My things were easily accessible and I liked all the little compartments to keep my memory cards and batteries secure in. For the low price, I highly recommend this quality Canon bag. Bag is too bulky for my camera.Strengths: Very well made and padded, it has a good size compartment- plenty of room to hold camera and accessories, & overall looks nice. It has handle and a comfortable shoulder strap. Weakness: It is bulky to carry around. I have a Canon S2 w/no extra lenses and this bag is really too big. I would recommend this bag only if you have a camera with extra lenses & need the extra room. I plan on getting a case, so that it will be easier to carry around and will use this bag to store it in at home. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Camera carrying bagStrengths: roomy for the amature or weekend hobby use Weakness: Canvas construction instead of leather I am a amateur photographer who simply takes a lot of photographs on vacations 3-4 times per year plus several family or other gatherings. I have a Canon A630 with a wide angle and zoom lens and a tri-pod. The bag easily holds all of these as well as spare battery and a lens cleaning supply. The bag will hold 3-4 lens so it is perfect for someone like me who is an amateur and has moderate priced equipment Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Cute and sturdy bag but too small for SLRStrengths: Sturdy, good looking Weakness: Not enough internal space for SLR set. I ordered this bay for my new Canon XTI. I can only barely fit the body with 28-135 zoom lens attached. Not more spare for other kits. If you have more than one lens, or flash, filters .. etc. Get its brother 10EG instead. Canon 100-EG Custom Gadget Bag
Strengths: Durable construction from a reputable name, three convenient ways to carry bag, nice neutral colors.
Weakness: Size may be a bit small for those that need space for all their accessories.
This was my first SLR camera so I needed a bag right away. I did a lot of searching and the Canon Gadget Bag 100 EG came up a few times. I went to see it in a local camera shop and it looked like it may suit my needs. I went home, did a search for the best price and ordered. The bag arrived quickly and I was excited to put my new camera and accessories in it. For someone just starting out like me, the bag is the right size. It holds my camera with the lens on, batteries, flash card, lens filters and even the manual. The bag has three ways to carry it, a handle on top, a shoulder strap and a strap to use as a waist pack; all three ways very convenient for the user. I don't have any extra lenses so I couldn't tell you if one would fit (although it looks as though you may be able to get a small one alongside the camera). As one person mentioned to me, as I become a more seasoned photographer, I could use this bag for maybe a day trip as opposed to getting and using a bigger bag to stow all my gear. Overall, I am pleased with this bag and would recommend it.
