Great Headset for gaming and Music.Strengths: Sounds good, comfortable, Price, and looks. Weakness: Microphone is sperate, wire being too long. First this a great headset for gaming, which I mainly using it for when at night you don't want to disturb others. I play mainly Counter-Strike and let me tell you, with this headset you can tell where the footsets are from. Back or front, left or right....you get the idea. They are very comfortable indeed. You see that band in the middle? That stretches to fir your head. Nice design...that really adds to the comfort, also don't forget about the looks. I think these headsets has the quality of $100 headsets and you can get them anywhere from $40 - $50. One thing that I don't like which is the microphone. It's not built together with the headset. It's a good design again, but the cord is just too long and it like a mess when you see 2 wires. But overall good headset. 100% of readers found this review helpful. AmazingStrengths: Everything!! its very Comfortable, light weight, perfect clear mic. and much more Weakness: The Wire is too Long LOL. This is the best headset ive ever owned. good headphone but headset aspect not so greatStrengths: the headphones adjusts to my head without needed to pull or manually fit it. Weakness: the mic is seperate and is cumbersome to make clip off and on everytime i get off the computer. i've had this for a week and the headphones work great. it's made to automatically adjust to your head so you don't need to pull it up or down to make it fit. the only caveat is that the mic is seperate and needs to be clipped on somewhere. sometimes it won't pick up my voice when i clip it on my collar and i have to move it around a few places to make it work. and since it's seperate, there's an extra wire to mess with. the wires are long and is very messy. 0% of readers found this review helpful. It is comfortable to wear with the headset around your ears, not on them. It is the Best headset I have used so far. Most importantly, I go it for $20 after rebate from buy.com. Great sound quality, comfortable headset.Strengths: Fantastic sound quality. Microphone can be used separately; giving you 2 items for 1 price. Large comfortable padded ear cups. Volume control. Weakness: Cables are too long. Outside noise can be heard; and vice versa. The best sound quality and most comfortable headset I've owned yet! Unique adjustable design and large ear cups mean that it sits very nicely for everyone who uses it; and can be used for hours. It can actually be separated into 3 pieces - the headset with about 3ft cable; a microphone that can be clipped with its own cable; and an extension cable for the headset with volume control. I found this a huge advantage as an attached mic is geeky; and actually use the headset on one computer, and the mic on another. Only negatives is though the cables can be separated; they are still too long, and even using twisties to reduce the length looks like a mess that always gets entangled. Now all they need to do is make a bluetooth version with noise cancellation and it would be the ultimate headset. Black Siberia HeadsetStrengths: comfortable, retractable microphone, cord extension Weakness: too large - although it adjusts better than most I have been very happy with this headset. The sound quality is good. It is a little too big for me, but the headband allows it to fit almost any head size and since it is stretchy, it is quite comfortable. I really like the retractable microphone, and in my experience I have not had any problems; the sound has come through clearly. I used this for VoIP and it worked perfectly. I also like the long length of the cord; yes it can be a pain at times, but it has often come in handy for me. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Good product for the priceStrengths: Decent sound and mic, comfortable (almost felt weird the first time I wore them because they don't actually touch my ears) Weakness: A little fragile (plastic cracked in the first few days), cable clutter These are good for the price (~$20 after rebate). They are very comfortable (almost felt weird the first time I wore them because they don't actually touch my ears), and sound quality is good enough. The separate cables for mic and phones, plus the volume control, etc., make the cable a little messy adn it gets caught on things and easily tangled. But, then again, if your mic and headset jacks are in different places, the separate cables are a good thing. Also, one of the plastic connectors broke within the first few days when I was taking them off (nothing out of the ordinary). Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Great Headphone for Great ValueStrengths: Clear sound, Comfortable Design, Cheap Price Weakness: None I have been using these headphones for over a month now with TeamSpeak and I love them. Great 3D sound with a SoundBlaster X-Fi card. Very comfortable, and the mic is separate so you can place it on your lapel or comes with a handy monitor mount which I attached to my LCD. Built much more rugged than anything else I have tried. It also has pretty strong base. I would highly recommend these headsets to gamers and music listeners! Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? i like itStrengths: good sound quality, cool looking Weakness: Volume control is on the extension cord instead of the headset, sometimes inconvenient and annoying Big ear cup, comfortable fit, clear and crisp sound, this headset fits all my standards for a would-buy again headset. I do not think it is the weakness that the cable is too long, instead, i enjoy it very much, i can always wear my headset and keep a distance from the big screen. The only complain i have is the place of volume control, should it be perfect if it is on the headset itself but not on the extension cord. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Great headphones for gamingStrengths: Relatively cheap, looks unique, decent sound, decent microphone, volume adjustment, comfy Weakness: Big and heavy, many cords For the price, this is a nice deal. The quality is very good compared to my other headsets. However the headphone is not on par with say, a low end Sennheiser or Koss KSC 75's, but it is still good. The bass sounds great for a headphone. The microphone is decent quality. It is detachable and can be used separately. Good headsetStrengths: It looks cool. Great sound. Long cord. It's very comfortable. Weakness: No carrying case/bag provided. I would buy again if I need another headset. I use it for both gaming and listening to music. I have been using it for about 2 weeks. They are extremely comfortable. They are good for all purpose headphones. Overall good headset. Very Decent Inexpensive HeadsetStrengths: Clever headset adjustment and large, comfortable earpieces. Detachable microphone. Good sound emission quality, and clear sound capture from the microphone. Durable cord. Build quality feels good. Weakness: The microphone clip sometimes requires annoying adjustments. The long cord is a pain when all that length isn't needed. Reaching the volume control can be fiddly. No carrying case. The headphones are clever about fitting my fat head without being obnoxious. The ear cups are large enough to comfortably encase my admittedly slightly oversize appendages, and are quite comfortable even with extended wear, which is important because my ears hurt easily. The sound emitted from them is loud enough even for my poor hearing, and seems quite good. The cord is a little long, but I prefer it that way, as it allows more freedom of motion. The microphone captures sound quite well, with good clarity. The build quality of this unit feels solid in a way that one must feel to appreciate, although of course time will tell. For what I paid for it after the rebate(s) and the Google Checkout discount, it's a very good value. I wish I'd been able to buy more of them at that price for friends. A High Quality HeadsetStrengths: Build quality and sound quality Weakness: None so far I bought this headset at a very great pice for playing games. Good computer headsetStrengths: Comfortabe headset good for long period of use. Well placed microphone and volume control. It can also be used as an audio headset for your MP3 player. Weakness: Not a con, but the high gloss finish may show fingerprints. Perhaps the best value/performance headset for multimedia purpose. The ear cups are comfortable enough to wear for a long time yet the open design allows you to hear the phone or door bell. The length of the cords are adequate. Good HeadsetStrengths: It looks sleek, and sound quality is extremely well for the price. Weakness: The Volume control is on the extention cable, not on the headset. The extention cable is too long. I bought this headset for a very cheap price. But the automatic adjustment band was broken on my first try. It looks very nice, but the build quality is not that great. great quality for a great priceStrengths: Very clear, crisp sound. Music sounds perfect, decent bass. Awesome for gaming. Weakness: Volume control is on the very long extension cord and not on the shorter one. Mic is not attached to the headset. I got a very good deal on these so I went ahead and bought them even though I already own a Steelsound 5H V2 USB headset. The Steelsound feels more sturdy and is better at noise cancelling, but the Icemat has a cool design to it and fits nicely on my head. For music, I would take the Icemat set, as the sound is more accurate and clear. For gaming, It's a straight up tie but only because the Icemat doesnt have a built in mic like the Steelsound. Also, I was able to plug in my Icemat into my Steelsound 5h USB sound card and it sounds great. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Icemats - a good buy :PStrengths: these adjust by themselves to fit your head. Very big ear muff's that fir around your ear. I can wear these a long time without them hurting my head. the microphone is a clip. Weakness: cable might be too long? doesnt bother me but its a good 10ft This is the best headsets ive owned. The microphone is great becuase you are able to clip it to where ever you want. I have mine cliped on the coard and my friends can hear me clear on ventrilo. I use these to play CS:S and they give me more of an advantage over my old sensither pc150's. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Icemat Black Siberia HeadsetStrengths: Very good sound quality, unique design (looks like one of those aliens when you wear them), perfect for casual gaming or listening, detachable mic Weakness: Uncomfortable if you accidentally put them on backwards (left speaker on the right ear vice versa) Based on other reviews, you can see that this funny looking headset's appearance is deceiving. This headset has a detachable mic which those of you who don't use the mic to play games can just quietly put the mic somewhere else and use it for casual listening. I'd say this headset is comparable to some of the Sennheiser headphones, if not better. For a price this good, this headset is worth your money. Great Value, Comfort, & QualityStrengths: Comfort fit, quality all around, good sound and mic. Weakness: None noticed. This is an excellent headset for the price. I was tired of my old headsets hurting my ears... no problems here though. I love how they indented the rear side of each "can" so your ear fits in the cup naturally. The sound cord is thick and rugged, and the mic is detached, which I consider a bonus. A lot of nice extras such as velcro to attack the mic to the desk/monitor, and clips on the sound cable to attach the mic cable so you don't get tangled. The cable design is the best I've seen. A great pair of general use headphonesStrengths: All around great quality! Gaming, Music, Movies, this does it all. Weakness: It doesn't do anything fantastic. Gaming is good, but not great. Music is good, but not great. Where as certain gaming headphones are AWESOME for gaming but crappy for music, this good all around. These headphones are great all purpose headphones. They do everything a general everday user could want. The few downsides are as follows. 1) No attached mic. The mic clips onto shirts, which is inconvient if you want one that comes out of the ears. 2) It doesnt do anything extraordinary. A Headset like none other
Strengths: Big ear cups Sleek looking Available in Black or White
Weakness: Lack of active noise cancellation Cord is durable, but long
The headphones are big but maintain a sleek look, and of course which is my #1 priority, they are very comfortable. This is in part because of the abnormally large ear cups. Also features an open headset style which allows outside noise to peer in, which can be convenient to hear the little things. They're not noise cancelling headphones, but though lacking a bit in bass, make for it with tremendous sound.
