Having read product reviews and tried to decipher good from bad, it became very difficult. Having then done research on various resellers, l eventually came across eaegis. They treated me as though l was buying for a million dollar organization and the people where very knowledgeable. I called and was able to speak to a person l can only describe as a storage guru, he discussed my needs and recommend the correct unit for my needs. It was a really fabulous experience. l called for support thereafter and had no issues whatsoever, excellent again. I would recommend eaegis.com to anyone wanting a storage solution at a great price, with excellent service and dealing with a bunch of people that really are very knowledgeable.
