Weaknesses: none so far; can't comment on durability.
Review:  Was time to replace an old APC product, so old it has not a usb connection. Needed something to power a mac pro and 23" screen. Provantage is great.
Strengths: UPS is cheap, full featured, and works with the new computer power supplies. Vendor tech support in US is good and located in US.
Weaknesses:  UPS software seems to conflict with my Haupage TV card in Win7 64 bit Pro. No big deal, just use the windows system power management control panel...
Review: Provantage is great. Product arrived the day after I ordered it. Had a noisy defective fan. Got a shippin label for free shipping back over the phone. Received a replacement product the next day about an hour after shipping the old one back. Quality company.

Strengths:  Very quiet, I can't even hear it humming like I could with my old now dead Powerware UPS. Looks nice. LCD is very nice and shows a good amount...
Weaknesses: LCD does not stay on at all times. Would be nice to have a switch for always on or off with button to temporarily turn on.
Review: I have not had it for very long. It passed my unplugged test. Looks great, shows a lot of information in the LCD though you have to push the button to cycle through the information. The four power protected outlets are fine for what I need. Good price compared to other similar level systems and the warranty is good too.

Strengths: Size, clear display, very good hardware functionality, Tripp-Lite customer service.
Weaknesses: Windows 32-bit software is very wonky, turning the unit on and off feels a little counterintuitive.
