Strengths: USB powered, Variable Speed Control Knob, Quiet Fan at lower speeds

Weaknesses: Can get a tad loud if cranked up to full blast, but you shouldn't hear it if what you are doing needs it that powerful!

Review: This cooler is rather quiet, being inaudible when listening to light music or playing a game. It is whisper quiet, meaning that it can be heard, but it won't get on your nerves.
