Quiet and good cooling
Strengths: Quiet, inexpensive
Weakness: No fan speed adjustment, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing
This cooler is rather quiet, being inaudible when listening to light music or playing a game. It is whisper quiet, meaning that it can be heard, but it won't get on your nerves. I bought this cooler to replace the stock Intel P4 3.2 GHz cooler, which was monstrously loud. When I installed this baby, I was delighted to find that the difference in noise was enormous. I'm very satisfied with it.
