2GB Cruzer Micro USB U3 Flash Drive

Strengths: small,retrackable usb connector

Weakness: U3 software not needed-in the way-bothersome retracktable usb connector should lock in place

I like sandisk but the new U3 software shouldn't come on the drive.Sometimes hard to remove. The retracktable USB connector does away with needing a cap so you don't lose it,unless you get a lot of dirt in the connector.You have to keep pressure on the slide to keep the USB connector out to insert it .Would be nice to have something to lock it in place.

REALLY EASY TO PLUG and USE! U3 APPLICABLE

Strengths: Retractable USB with beautiful looking, and not expensive

Weakness: It does take few seconds to load the U3 application

You may need some time to get used to U3 features, but you would like it. It rocks! For 2GB flash drive, I'm satisfied with its speed. Again, recommended!

2GB Sandisk USB Flash Drive

Strengths: capacity, flexible design, cute, fast copy/delete files

Weakness: cheap cover, pricy, very confusing installation, hard to use, not PNP

I used to have two 256MB USB CF drives from sandisk, so I thought this 2GB will be at least good enough. However, I am very disappointed. Strengths: Retractable USB connector, U3 enabled

Weakness: Again, a bit slow on startup

U3 enabled means that the user can use programs directly off the USB key easily and quickly. However, as a trade-off, the USB key is a bit slow to load You CAN turn U3 off by holding shift down when you plug in the key. Strengths: STRONG, DEPENDABLE, COVENIENT, A LIFESAVER WHEN YOU NEED STORAGE SPACE OR TO TRANSFER FILES.

Feels really cheap. Activity light is too bright and...

I have owned or handled close to 10 different USB drives and this one feels the cheapest. If this were to be in a loose pocket and I were to sit on it, I am not so sure it would survive. 2GB Cruzer Micro USB U3 Flash Drive

Strengths: standard

Weakness: other shops have it on sale cheaper

Good product however it would be nice if the U3 feature was somewhat faster. The newer ones have a nice feature that allow them to be used with MS Vista as a RAM disk cache, I understand, and are faster, but cost much more.
