Strengths: Quiet, easy to setup, stylish.
Weakness: None so far.
I was a little apprehensive with putting water cooling in my computer. I researched Thermaltake's solution for water cooling. The noise factor from old cpu cooler is gone. The mini-tower has 3 1400 rpm 120mm fans. The cooler the room is where the computer is located, the better.
