Reliable USB hub. I like this product.

Strengths: Unique but nice layout.

Weakness: Not easy to keep it stand still when you connect more than a few cables.

Strengths: Compact, aesthetics, ports on front as well as back, 7 ports, powered, protection from over-current

Weakness: Light weight causes cables to pull it off the base

I bought two of these little hubs. The first thing that I noticed is how small they are. The photos really give you no sense of scale. That maybe a good thing. But they are light weight, and the cables attached to their rear ports cause them to tilt helplessly back, and it would be nice to have them seat a little better on my desk. This Tiny Hub Works

Strengths: Works well with every USB device I have

This little inexpensive USB hub works very well. I am using it with a hard drive, scanner, webcam, mp3 player, etc. Everything works perfectly. The speed is as good as if the devices were plugged directly into the computer USB. The small size is a pleasure on my cramped desktop. Highly recommended.

After messing with powered hubs from Belkin (1 worked, 3 didn't) and Kensington (1 worked, 2 failed), I decided to try the U222-007-R 7 port hub from Tripp Lite for use with my in-law's G4 Mac Mini.
