The N5200 has small size and packs a lot of punch. Under the hood lies an Intel Celeron M processor running at 600MHz and 256MB of DDR memory for powerful data-processing capabilities. The N5200 has the capacity for five 3.5" SATA hard disks for over 3TB of storage! To keep data secure, the N5200 features various RAID modes.

Nice box, pray you don't need help

Strengths: Performance is pretty good Raid setup is relatively easy

Weakness: Documentation is very incomplete, especially in network config No tech support at all. Call or email, they never respond

This really is a nice product at a good price. It's too bad the company chooses not to provide decent docs or support. If you're technical enough to figure everything out on your own, then go for it. Otherwise I would go with a more reputable company.
