My First Gibson Les Paul
Strengths: Wow! Just Wow! What a guitar! The range of sounds that this thing can create is right up there with the 3k plus models. Sure to bring a smile from even the most seasoned players.
Weakness: Very rough finish may be an understatement. It's definitely sanded without any care whatsoever. Honestly though it's the sound more than the looks I was after.
I've never owned an 'official' Gibson LP due to cost constraints but when I found out about a true Gibson LP with those awesome signature pickups that gives every bit of sound that even the High End sanded & painted to the point of looking like they are wet all the time I was hooked.
