Great Product

Strengths: Very easy product to setup and use. Everything worked instantly and it had no trouble with devices not being recognized. The USB light that was included is a nice touch.

Weakness: None noted.

This is my second one I've purchased; first was for me and this one for my wife. I only wish they all worked this way. It is well worth the money.

Kensington USB DomeHub

Strengths: Compact size. Very stable - weighted. 7 ports. Ease of use.

Weakness: None to report

Until I purchased the Kensington USB DomeHub, all the USB hubs that I have purchased have the same inherent problem - difficult to make them stay put and not move around a desk or table. The Kensington USB DomeHub is weighted and very stable, and therefore stays puts. Also having 7 ports is a big plus.

Having used many different USB 2.0 hubs, the Kensington 7-port DomeHub USB 2.0 has no weeknesses. My main problem is the other hubs usually have to be taped down so that they don't move. This is not true for the DomeHub Which is a great relief and neater looking.

Great hub

Strengths: 7 ports. easy setup

7 ports give plenty of room for devices. The hub is heavy so it doesn't slide around when plugging and unplugging devices. Lights on the front show when a device is active. The setup was easy. It has a free flylight which is very handy.

This is a great usbhub. I had an old usbhub which is much cheaper but always worked abnormally, so I decided to buy this one instead. It works smoothly, and with seven ports, it provides enough connections for my usb devices. Sturdy Hub

Strengths: Weighted so it stays put, 7 ports

Weakness: Slightly awkward angle for plugging in devices

So far, so good. I plugged everything I wanted into the hub, and plugged the hub into the computer, and have not had any problems at all yet. Plugging devices into the back of the hub, it was a slightly odd angle to be working at, but once the devices were in, they were in. Strengths: Weighted base, nice extras (flylight & USB extension cable), easy setup.

Weakness: AC plug covers up multiple outlets.
