"Ronderfur! betta zen MAMA!"Strengths: This game makes great use out of the Wii Remote. Slicing, chopping, stirring, cracking eggs, and peeling the legs off shrimp make each recipe somewhat unique. Weakness: $50 is way too much for this game. It's a pretty good game! It's a great way to kill sometime, but the depth is not worth a full price. Plus mama's voice is SO annoying! To break it down, this is a very simple game. The graphics aren't anything amazing. The sound isn't mind blowing. It's just purely about using the Wii Remote and it controls pretty well. Being able to have a "Cook Off" against your computer friends (friends from all over the world), or having someone else play with you, makes it more worth a purchase. When you beat your CPU friends, they give you...

Great game - highly recommended!Strengths: Fun and addictive to play, nice graphics, good for kids and adults Weakness: arms might get a little tired! I love this game for the Wii. Definitely very addictive in terms of gameplay - nice graphics, easy to learn steps and techniques, fun challenges - and great for both adults and kids alike. Mama's "voice" is very cute and not at all annoying like some game voices can be. One little bit of warning though - your arms may get tired during this game if you play it for hours like I do!

Mediocore GameStrengths: Use of the Wii controllers. Weakness: Price. I bought this game for my wife and she likes it. I played it once with her and got tired of it after "cooking" the first recipe. I havn't played it since. I though mama's voice was annoying, some reviewers didn't. I thought that WarioWare Smooth Moves was put together better than this game. The price tag is ridiculous $50! I would wait till it drops to the bargin bin for say $20.

cooking mama: cook offStrengths: fun, especially as a 2-player game Weakness: lack of depth Cooking mama: cook off is a fun, one or two player game. It is a fun game to entertain your friends, families and guests -- with the two player mode. Worth the $29.99 that I paid for it.

Mama Mia!Strengths: Controls Weakness: Mini-games can be tedious This is a good game to introduce those new to the Wii remote. You us it as a cooking utensil to chop, grate, slice, stir and roll. Although this game is basically a bunch of mini-games, it's a great game for Mama and the whole family! You can create real world dishes from different nations through cook off challenges. This is the kind of game to break out when you have friends over that are new...

Cooking MamaStrengths: Makes good use of the Nintendo Wii remote technology Weakness: Price & difficult to play Cooking Mama: Cook Off for the Wii is a little to complex for me - then again I'm not a cook. The game tends to be hard to understand (maybe it's just me, but I couldn't understand the speech very well as Mama talks to me trying to help me out). If you are good a cooking, you might like the game, but it's not for me. Others in the family LOVE it and have no problems understanding how the controls...

Didn't think cooking could be this fun!Strengths: Physically interactive Weakness: none Interactive cooking using the wii remote. This game can be physically intensive - which makes it fun! Who ever thought that a video game would give you a workout! The two player mode is awesome - just watch out that you keep enough space between you and the other player!

Really fun, interactive gameStrengths: Love the interactive moves you can do like stirring, cutting, chopping, peeling shrimp, etc. And the versus mode is the best part of the game. Weakness: Some of the instructions aren't clear to understand so you have to try out different ways to do some of the moves on your wii remote. Also, Mama's speech gets annoying after playing awhile. This was a really amusing game. Mostly played it with groups of people so we loved to just compete against each other and trade off so we can unlock the more interesting recipes (the sushi one was great). The guys, girls, and kids all loved playing it. It's great to have a game that could entertain everyone. I wish there were more recipes, but I guess we'll just have to wait for Cooking Mama 2...

cooking mama for the nintendo wiiStrengths: very entertaining, especially for those who can't cook in real life. the wii remote works perfect for chopping, mixing, grilling, etc. Weakness: mama herself is annoying. the wii remote is not as responsive as it could be after playing cooking mama for a few days, I'd have to say that i do not regret making this purchase. It is fun and entertaining. It is especially fun having the cook offs with the computer and, even more so, with a friend. The only complaints so far are mama herself (who seems to want to talk ALL the time) and the fact that the remote isn't as responsive as it could be. You have to often jerk...

Cooking Mama: Cook Off
Through the power of television, many chefs have become international celebrities. Emeril Lagasse, Giada De Laurentiis, Louis Bedigian... Okay, so I'm not a celebrity (yet). But I have prepared many meals that'll make your mouth water. And I did it without having to step into the kitchen. Forget the messy ingredients and tiring cleanup. With Cooking Mama: Cook Off for Nintendo Wii, all you need... TopAdvertisement

Cooking mama – fun for all ages
Strengths: Great game that will get you using your wii remote in ways you’ve never imagined. Many different receipes with many more to unlock and many different cooking techniques to master.
Weakness: Like all the others, there seemed to be issues with the sensor picking up certain movements of the remote.
The graphics and sounds are good, not great, but you don’t buy the game to enjoy picturesque backdrops of the Swiss Alps. Your whole reason for buying the game is to bust out what cooking skills you may have and show your friends you could cook a hot dog better than them in two-player mode. Honestly, cooking skills aren’t required, but good “mechanical aptitude” is the key. You’ll get a...
