Good Basic product

Strengths: capacity,price

Weakness: none

This 4GB flash drive is the perfect size for keeping my photos and files safe and for backing them up. The 4GB capacity is much better than having several smaller ( 1GB) drives laying around.I can fit PLENTY of things on here and can use this on whatever computer I want.It also does not add unnecessary and unwanted components like U3 software to my computer when I install it.After installing it...

Datatraveler 4GB

Strengths: Works very well for Readyboost... Aceepted it with no problem at all and notice some performance increase with the increased memory.

Weakness: None at this time as I have just used it for Readyboost and works flawless.

Overall this item is well worth the money if you want to store some programs or items that you don't want to lose due to a defective hard drive or whatever. The only drawback on this is the flimsy keychain piece to attach it at. Its very cheaply made and after alittle use and rubbing against your key chain you will find that the thing will break and you might accidently lose it. I do not...

Kingston 4GB Data Traveler Flash Drive

Strengths: Size, Price, Nice looking, No U3 Software

Weakness: Speed, Somewhat cheap case, cap design

Though I doubt it is Vista SpeedBoost certified, this flash drive certainly has capacity on its side, easily storing everything I need it to. It was also one of the cheapest flash drives for its size, and its even from a legit manufacturer. I have yet to experience any problems with it on any of my computers, and I am confident it will continue to serve me well for years to come. One major...

Monster storage with tiny package.

Strengths: size, stability, durability

Weakness: cost, color

I have had several flash drives but this one has been the best. I have never had a single problem with the operation or compatibility of this drive. 4GB of storage space and the USB 2.0 allow you to move large amounts of data at super fast transfer rates. I keep all of my important documents in a virtual briefcase on this drive. When I get to the office I just plug it in and update all the...

Good capacity at a reasonable price

Strengths: Inexpensive; Very light device with large capacity; Stable performance; Five year warranty

Weakness: Plastic material may not be very durable in the long run. No retractable design.

I found this USB drive to be the least expensive one with 4GB capacity in a name brand. This drive actually looks better in person than in the picture. The good thing is that you don't have to deal with U3 software unlike other drives and it's ready to use right out of box. The reading/writing speed seems good to me. It does what it's supposed to do and you can trust Kingston for memory product.

Kingston: Lite and Filling, washes clean.

Strengths: 4G Easy to grab, not too sleak a style case. USB 2 transfer rate excellent and quick. Recognized by the PC and Laptop 123 No tricky U3 software to load, durrable, survived a trip to the laundry.

Weakness: bulky design does not fit in carry cases as well. Bulk also does not jibe with side by side USB jacks.

From my first stick of 256 Meg storage, we have come a long way baby. I even had a 486 PC with less HDD space than this baby!!! Beats the heck out of re-writing CD's and DVD's just to transfer files. Anyway, this joins my stable of 1 and 2 gig sticks, and will likely become my consulting mainstay, as I can transport whole database test files, along with developed builds for e-comm systems. Not...

Kingston 4gb flash drive

Strengths: a lot of storage space

Weakness: none so far

Kingston is a reliable company from experience so I decided to get this flash drive from them. I have a 1gb version also which has always worked for me and I expect this one to do the same. It is one of the largest storage spaces that are available today. The transfer speeds are decent but are only noticeable because of the 4gb size. The only fault that I can see happening is losing the cap of...

Decent 4gb flash drive

Strengths: Good performance, reliable, Large capacity

Weakness: No Capless design, does not come with spare caps

I have been using kingston flash drives for over 4 years and I have not been disappointed by its quality. This drive has fast data transfer and a lot of storage space. In addition it's not crippled by U3 system. The only drawback is the capped design. Newer data travelers come in capless (retractable usb connector) design which may be desirable for some.

Kingston 4GB DataTraveler - AWESOME

Strengths: Lots of storage, no errors, portable, fast, inexpensive

Weakness: none

This datatraveler has never failed. It is awesome for storage at a price of less than $20. I couldn't pass it up. I have had other Kingston products and they have proven reliable just as this little massive storage unit. I use it for added space to my laptop and to transfer pictures to friends and family.

Good product, cheap

Strengths: price

Weakness: N/A

The reason I bought this one is the big brand and low price. It works fine. No problem so far. And, I haven't test if transfer speed yet. After I do it, I will post more information here.
