Shadowrun

Strengths: the graphics are superb in HD

Weakness: Level design is also quite bland - basically three/four themes repeated in different layouts. Textures are avergage, everything seems boxy on most levels.

Shadowrun is a first person shooter that has alot of fun gameplay to offer the consumer. But not enough content to keep them playing it for too long after purchase. Basically if you like counter strike with the whole ctf modes and buying menu system. And having some magic and tech abilitys to spice up the gameplay in new innovative ways. Then this is the game for you. But if you don't have xbox...

review for Shadowrun

Strengths: None

Weakness: Only works for Vista Weapon system is old.

I bought this game because it mentioned it will work for Windows, but unfortunately after I get it the cover page mention clearly it is just for Vista. Vista is not windows, luckly I purchased a new thinkcenter with Vista system. But after one hour play, I am disappointed because the magic and weapon system is nothing new. Microsoft spend much money to AD this game, my feeling is this game is...

An Average First Person Shooter

Strengths: Cross Platform Between Xbox and PC, Fun Online Play

Weakness: No Single Player, Limited amount of maps/characters

Shadowrun, made by microsoft and fasa studios is your all around first person shooter with a twist. Its cross platform between PC and Xbox 360. Sadly, the game lacks a single player mode and also lacks the amount of levels you can play on. The online play makes up for it though. Their are a lot of people playing and they are welcoming of anyone.

Good game

Strengths: PC and Xbox interop

Weakness: None so far

I bought the Shadowrun (PC version) just to try out the PC / xbox interop. I have xbox live gold, so I can play with xbox players as well. The game is multiplayer only, with a few tutorial / bots training session. You must finish them; otherwise you will be dead in no time in online play. Overall, the game play is nice. The graphics cannot compare to gears (who can?), but it's reasonable. The...

Shadowrun

Strengths: fun to play and interesting storyline

Weakness: Vista only and few maps

This game is a fun to play, its game story is very interesting, and its graphics looks very good. However, it is vista confined, but it is not DX10 related... Do not buy Vista for this game. Even though it is a good game to play, I don't think it is good enough to make people buy Vista...

Shadowrun - Love it or Hate it

Strengths: Great character races, awesome magic and tech skills. The achievements are fun and challenging.

Weakness: Very few multiplayer types and no appearance customization for your character. Very few maps and some of them are just smaller versions of a different map. The weapons are quite generic.

This game can be really fun if you play with people who aren't just going to goof around the entire game. Although, this is for Vista only, so if you don't have Vista, don't bother upgrading or just wait for a fix. Also, the requirements seem a little high.

Shadowrun

Strengths: fun to play

Weakness: vista only?

I enjoy playing this game. Its graphic quality is good and it is fun to play. Shooting is very responsive and storyline is interesting. However it seems to be a little bit slow when it changes scenes. I am sure whether it is Vista related or the game related. Anyway, I like this game a lot.

Shadowrun

I was totally stoked to get this title, and admittedly, I would have preferred it on my 360, I only a have a couple of games for my new "Duo core processor" PC under the "Games for Windows" banner the mighty Microsoft is flying oh so high lately. So with an eagerly shaking hand, I tore into the box, popped it in my computer and .... nothing. OK, so re-boot, and try it again. I only say this...
