Magellan Meridian Color GPS traveler value pack

Strengths: color screen, rugged design, bundled software + map, big savings on the travel pack if one were to buy separately, good to know you'll find your way somehow

Weakness: relatively expensive compared to other "bundled" packs, the gps holder for car is not sturdy enough, screen could be a little bigger, rerouting is not automatic, inputting information takes patience

manual is not straightforward. would appreciate a quick set-up guide. information that a new user will really find useful. i took me several days to figure out how to finally make it work the way i need it to be. i only use this for finding my way to places i'm going. and 95% the information is correct. it's the map software that needs to update their database. despite weaknesses, i would still...
