The best of the 965 boards.
Strengths: Nice-looking black PCB. Well-built with copper heatsinks on the north and southbridge chips. Stable under load. Solid state capacitors. Light-up Asus logo is a nice touch!
Weakness: TPM module not available yet. ScreenDuo not SideShow compatible. Remote control is cool but feels a bit flimsy.
Despite some very minor drawbacks the P5B Premium is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a solid motherboard. There are better choices in the P35 range but this board can run with the best of them. With the latest BIOS (0705) it even supports the new CPUs that employ the new 1333MHz frontside bus. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase:-).
