The P5K3 series of motherboards provide four outstanding features for the user. The Deluxe version of the motherboard has built-in native DDR2 1066 support and is able to overclock with an ultra high frequency to achieve DDR2 1400. These ASUS motherboards still provide you with quiet thermal solutions - which contain the 8 phase power design, Stack Cool 2 and the Heat Pipe Design functions. They also come with the newest AI Gear 2 to save up to 50 percent of CPU power usage. Complementing all these features are ASUS's innovative tools - AI Slot Detector; allowing the user to conveniently install the computer. ASUS Super Memspeed Technology Enhances Memory Speed up to 90.6 percent. The P5K3 series decreases temperature, provides stable overclocking, lowers noise levels and saves the most electricity.

9-way Intel P35 motherboard round-up

Anyone looking at building a new desktop system should not look any further than Intel Core 2 processors, and when time comes to pick a platform you should have Intel's own P35 chipset in mind as it officially offers 1333MHz FSB support and will be compatible with upcoming 45nm processors. This translates in a fairly 'future-proof' platform, with some models currently available supporting DDR3...
