not a big fan of the new designStrengths: button placement is pretty good, on the fly macro learning Weakness: can't customize all buttons, feels too bulky (maybe ok if you have large hands), doesn't glide as smoothly as the new logitech g9, which is better in every way. ive always been a microsoft mouse fan. the logitech design just didn't ever feel as comfortable. but i think this new redesign is a little too bold. i went with the logitech g9, which also has a bold new design, but is more comfortable, more accurate, smoother gliding, and even more customizable with onboard memory, all buttons are customizable, custom grips, etc, etc. nice try microsoft, better...

Microsoft usb gaming mouseStrengths: 200 DPI, back and foward buttons, change dpi, can use weights Weakness: size is a bit too big Good gaming mouse with weights. Good control. Pretty good build with nice features. Other than the size this is an awesome mouse. Connects to the pc using usb. Though this is a really good mouse, G9 is better.

An awesome mouseStrengths: Great for big hands. Durability Weighted compartment works excellent to give you extra cord length. Good and accurate response time. Weakness: (For some, but not me) Wired. Not for small hands, unless you like a BIG mouse (no pun intended) This is just a great mouse. I have owned this mouse for over six months and this little bugger is awesome. Be warned though if you have small hands do not get this mouse, it is just a monster brick. The material is made for durability.

Ok mouseStrengths: Lots of buttons. Weight adjustment. Easy pad replacement. Weakness: Not quite as sturdy as I would have expected. Overall this is a pretty good mouse. It has lots of buttons and can be configured pretty well. LCD panel is a bit overkill but kinda cool. I think this is a reasonable gaming mouse but do think it could have been made a bit better. Not a huge complaint but I prefer a Razer mouse to this one at the moment.

Sidewinder Mouse!!Strengths: Installed easily, works like a champ!! Love the included weights and different types of pads. Weakness: Don't use the included CD, download the latest software from Microsoft before you install the mouse. Great Mouse!! Downloaded the Intellipoint software from MS download website and configured the mouse to my specs. Cool - The weights really do help make the feel of the mouse work like you want it to in your hands. Replacing the sliders (feet) is very simple took about 10 seconds. Three buttons behind the scroll wheel allow for on the fly resolution settings that you can set yourself. I have mine...

Microsoft Sidewinder Gaming Mouse
THE GOOD: Tons of hardware and software customizability; accessories box doubles as a cable management system. THE BAD: Design needs some softening; superfluous LCD screen adds cost; dedicated hot button not customizable. THE BOTTOM LINE: Microsoft took almost every popular feature of various high-end gaming mice and wrapped it into one highly customizable product. The design could use a little... Top

Good Gaming Mouse
Strengths: With 2000 DPI and instant switch between DPI buttons it is great for games and in windows. I love the weight cartages and CABLE anchor! The changable feet are also very cool.
Weakness: Price and Looks. Might be considered too big and kinda looks weird at first but I liked the look once I got it.
Overall a very good mouse. Although its fairly expensive it is a good quality mouse. I find it to be a good for what I need it for. The side buttons are very nice position and aren't super touchy and they look good. The scroll wheel is nice and has good motion The overall design takes a bit to get used to but once you do its fine.
