Video editing heaven

This is card represents the best bang for your buck. But beware this is not the card to get if you want to do some gaming, go get the X700 Pro or better. This card is great for editing. It's a complete package with all the cables and adapters you'll need, you can connect just about anything to it. The software package is commendable but not the best, it'll allow for simple transfers. This card is...

ATI X600 Pro review

Strengths: Great card for the money. Tremendous features including a radio input connector. Includes Pinnacle Studio 9 for ATI. Bought strictly for copying VHS to DVD and it does an excellent job.

Weakness: Slight concern about the master connector to the video card. Appears fragile. Software setup was lengthy.

When using the included software the job of copying VHS tapes to DVD after editing was a snap. The video encoding was excellent. I had originally bought a USB tuner from another vendor and the video was terrible. For the money and purpose I would highly recommend this card. I'm not a gamer so I can't comment along those lines.

I bought this right when it came...

Strengths: awesome TV and video card in-one card. The card support amazing 3d graphics and lets me watch my cable tv with clairity

Weakness: the next x850 model is alot fast and the price was expensive when i bought it

I bought this right when it came out and i used it to edit movies and even hooked it up to a big screen tv to watch my dvds and movies. The software that came with was cool especially the guide+ software which downloadede a tv guide for me to see ahead what was availble on my cable tv.

I am very pleased with this card...

Strengths: Integrated TV tuner, 256MB RAM, PCIE interface

Weakness: Price

I am very pleased with this card overall. It was easy to install. It is a dual PCI express video card with an integrated TV tuner. I am using it to upscale 1920x1080 to a digital LCD. The video quality is excellent. The included Catalyst software is very user friendly.
Highly recommended!!!

The design of this card is better...

Strengths: Better PCB layout and Smaller Tuner design. PCIe provides a longer life for this card.

Weakness: Lack Remote Wonder. Expensive.

The design of this card is better than the previous version. Especially the smaller size of the tuner. Overall this is a good card - with satisfying performance. However, it's not as strong as the X600 XT card. On the TV side, I hate it lacks the remote... NO remote, no TV. So if you are hardcore gamer, go for a higher performance card and add a standalone TV for the TV features. However, if you...
