Strengths: combines many features (MP3 playback, FM radio, voice recorder)

Weakness: small memory, tough control, extremely bad PC utility, voice recorder only WAV; Samsung provides poor support!

Samsung provides poor firmware upgrade support - their latest version didn't work! It seems they stopped all development for this model, so bye bye upgrades to other than mp3 format! This was my last Samsung product, ever.
