This is the cable for Apple\\\'s Adapter #922-6227...

Strengths: Belkin!

Weakness: Might be mistaken for DVI-I. It is not, this is DVI-D.

This is the adapter if you're connecting an iMac to a second monitor, using the Mini dvi on the back. You still need some cable (DVI-D to DVI-D, male to male). Be careful when buying the cable; it can't be the kind with 4 extra pins
