Bad Construction and Poor Customer Support
Strengths: It is pretty
Weakness: Poor construction, bad customer support, sub-par hardware, poor performance.
I build custom PCs for a living and I purchased 5 of these because of good reviews by tech sites. 3 of the five units failed in 1 year or less (2 within 6 months). I sent 1 back to be fixed. They said they fixed it and sent it to the wrong address, 70 miles away. They refused to take responsibility for their error. I even contacted "corporate" (in England) and they refused to help me.
