Much better than SamsungStrengths: Internet connection BD Picture DVD Picture Weakness: None I owned the Samsung BDP-3600 and had to return it due to connectivity issues as a network player. This Sony has never had the same issues. Perfect for a family of 6 that enjoys Friday night Movie Nights together. The option of streaming movies or watching them in Blu-Ray is wonderful. We never have a movie night that is wanting more. Thanks Sony!

Another strong Sony offering
Strengths: Nice network integration. Easy to set up, very quiet and not as slow as others have said to expect with Blu-Rays. Nice layout on the remote. Jump forward and back like Tivo
Weakness: No wireless network access.
Very nice unit, kicks the butt of the Visio unit I was given for Christmas. Nice build and features. Basicaly the unit is a PS3 minus the gameplay and wireless for a couple of hundred less for a well set up PS3. Very happy with the unit performance and build.
