ATI has a winner on it's hands with the new HD4870
Strengths: 1. Excellent gaming performance compared to previous ATI HD3xxx series cards 2. Dual slot cooler exhausts air outside of the case 3. Very reasonably priced compared to competing products
Weakness: 1. Runs hot at both idle and load 2. Fan is very noisy when running at full speed 3. Weird random fan spin up bug
