Awesome Upgrade
Strengths: Pretty fast and has been able to handle all of the tasks I've used it for thus far (video editing mostly).
Weakness: None thus far.
This was an upgrade from an Intel® Core™2 Duo Desktop Processor E4400, so to me the increase was tremendous. I didn't use the included cooling system with it for I have a better cooling system that I use. Not a bad price as well.

Very good CPU
Strengths: Easy to overclock, Very stable.
Weakness: NONE :D
I currently have the Q9400 @ 3.67 GHZ (459 x 8.0). With a Idle temp on 30degrees, Tho, my cooling system is watercooling.. It keeps itself under 40c On load!! Currently Im running Super PI on 32M, And its FAST! I recommand this if you have a small Budget, Or a small upgrade to your LGA755 Motherboard. Strengths: runs quick and overclocked nice and easy to 3.2GHz aftermarket cooling. very happy with the computing horse power. great inexpensive alternative to the core i7
Weakness: none to report yet
if your looking for a nice reliable system for a more reasonable price, but with lots of overclocking capability and computing horsepower, the Intel Core 2 Quad q9400 is a great buy.
