Microsoft Mouse

Strengths: comfortable, good response

Weakness: Bulky

I am very pleased with this item. It is exactly how they described it and it works like a charm. The keys are spaced out so you don't strike the wrong key inadvertently.

Microsoft Mouse

Strengths: good keyboard functions, and smooth rolling scrolling wheels

Weakness: keys sometimes stick

I would recommend this keyboard and mouse combo becuse it looks sleek, and the functions like the 5 favorite buttons and various media buttons are a bonus. Another nice feature is the built-in leather like palm rest. It's very comfortable. Hopefully it doesn't wear out.

Microsoft Mouse

Strengths: This wireless keyboard and mouse is wonderful. Very easy to use.

Weakness: No complaints!

This Microsoft wireless optical desktop elite mac/win PS2/USB keyboard & mouse is one of the best that I have used. I would definitely purchase this wireless Microsoft keyboard and mouse again.

Microsoft Mouse

Strengths: Never fails

Weakness: None

Works great, just like a good keyboard should Can be used at quite a distance away. Keys feel real good. This may be what your looking for, maybe the last keyboard you will need.

Microsoft Mouse

Strengths: High Quality, Stylish, Tons of Features, Wireless, Fair Price

Weakness: Requires Batteries, approx 6ft range

I have to give it to microsoft on this product, it is definitely the best desktop setup I've ever seen for the price. I upgraded from the former Wireless Optical Desktop, and in comparison, the mouse is 200% better while the keyboard is probably about 50% better. The layout and feel of the keyboard is outstanding. Keys have a nice firmness to them and they aren't noisy like some other keyboards...

Microsoft Mouse

Strengths: The wireless feature works flawlessly so far. I have not had any problems with connectability or setup issues.

Weakness: None so far.

The feel of the keyboard is outstanding. The only thing I am having to get use to is using the conventional mouse again instead of the trackball. However the buttons on the side are a little small (narrow) for me. The mouse in general is a little narrow at the fingertips. I would purchase it for the keyboard alone. Its great!

Microsoft Mouse

Strengths: Wireless, smooth mouse response, some nice extra keys & short-cut labels

Weakness: Too large, no caps/number lock indication on keyboard, function lock doesn't stay activated, tilt-wheel technology makes certain functions VERY difficult

My biggest problem has been with the mouse--I'm a CAD user mostly, and panning around the screen used to involve holding down the scroll button & moving the mouse. With the tilt-wheel (which I'm sure is nice for other programs & functions), I have to push it down at JUST the right angle. Probably not a really widespread concern, but for any drafting users, IT WILL DRIVE YOU CRAZY! The various...

Microsoft Mouse

Strengths: Wireless freedom.

Weakness: Does not "remember" Function lock key's last setting.

Using the Desktop Elite with a Linksys KVM switch to share 2 XP/SP2 desktops. Did not load the CD software as I do not need extended functions. I also do a weekly DOS boot (from floppy) Hard drive image backup. For my needs, this product works well with the following minor annoyance: On power-up, the Desktop Elite Function lock key (always) defaults to off which prevents the active (KVM) monitor...

Microsoft Mouse

Strengths: Nice features, good looks, long battery life

Weakness: Low range, f-lock usability

I enjoy my Microsoft Desktop Elite Wireless set very much. A textured black color with silver buttons really makes the keyboard and mouse look expensive and stylish. Besides its sharp looks there are many other positive features of the set. The mouse is very convenient for numerous reasons. First of all once the user gets used to the mouse it really fits the hand nicely actually, almost too...

Microsoft Mouse

Strengths: easy access to my favorites, messenger, my documents...

Weakness: a bit too big

I love this keyboard duo. It has easy access to my favorites, my documents, my pictures, my music, messenger, mail...All buttons are programable, you can customize the keyboard and mouth settings to the things you use most. Very easy set up. The mouth works great. Now I can't imagine how I used my old one. The leather like palm rest feels good on my wrists. I also like that with tilt wheel...
