Nice Little Unit!!

Strengths: Truly the most portable of all of the iPod speaker systems.

Weakness: Audio quality is just O.K.

Here's the thing, I purchased these about one year ago and have been thrilled by what they really are - PORTABLE SPEAKERS for my iPod. I have a 60g iPod photo and was a little concerned about compatibility, but it works great. I travel frequently and really love being able to set the unit up quickly in a hotel room and be able to listen to my iPod without worry of disturbing any neighbors. I only...

Awesome Product

Strengths: Small, light, and compact, great case for holding everything together. Sleek design. Great sound, love the remote (and storage space for it so I don't lose it)! Charges the ipod while playing.

This is such a great product! I had purchased a different one originally and then I found this instead...the other one went back! It's a great design that folds up perfectly in it's case for storage or travel. The power supply design is great since I travel to other countries and can easily change the connector with the push of a button. For such a small unit it sure sounds great! I look forward...

IM3C Ipod Portable Audio System

Strengths: Sound, compact size

Great for desktop. Charges Ipod when plugged in. Folds up for easy storage and portability. Runs on AC or battery power. Sounds good, better than most of this type. This is the third one we have bought (myself, spouse and brother) and we have been very pleased. Highly recommended.

Altec Lansing inMotion iM3c speakers for iPod

Strengths: accessories included, range of players which can be used, sound quality, portability, remote control

Weakness: does not include Nano adapter, average to high price

After looking at several reviews for different systems, I selected the Altec Lansing based on cost and sound quality, accessories, portability and flexibility. COST - not the cheapest speaker system for iPod, but you get what you pay for. Bose and other systems are great, but even more pricey. Some retail stores are selling for even MORE than MSRP. Wow! Check online retailers for best prices....

Excellent product

Strengths: Great sound quality, really easy setup, very portable, battery and DC electricity capabilities, adaptors provided to work with all generations of iPods, remote control

Weakness: Wish the remote allowed you to browse the song library; have to turn on/shut off power at both the iPod and on the speaker system.

I really enjoy my new iPod portable audio system. It works great and the music comes through clear. I finally have an easy to use stereo set up to listen throughout my small apartment. The remote is a great convenient feature for adjusting volume and forwarding/rewinding to the next/previous song. However, I wish the remote had the ability to browse the song selections on the remote. Without that...

pretty good for such a small package

Strengths: size, mobility, ease of use

Weakness: distorted bass when turned up loud

this speaker system is about as good as I would hope for considering it's so small. it would be nice to turn it up louder without distortion, but it still sounds pretty good at a medium to medium-high level. having the ipod recharge while using is also nice.

I'm content with this product

Strengths: compact, easy to use, affortable

Weakness: sound quality sounds better in a small room vs. a big room.

This little audio system is better than I anticipated. Very easy to use, nothing complicated. I bought two more as for gifts and the price is awesome. Go get one!

sound yes, bag no.

Strengths: Easy to use, great sound for the price. I enjoy its easy portability as well as switching ipod - nano(fits into slot fine).Has already come down about $50 from when 1st bought it, so may get another.

Weakness: Soft case does not protect the system. Broke off a prong on the ac adaptor and had to buy a universal plug. I now use a padded lunchbag to serve as a more substainial case.

re design the case to have more cushion and a better clasp -- and make it easier to get a replacement ac plug on line.

Love these speakers!

Strengths: light, powerful, compact, can be plugged in or operated by batteries

Weakness: nothing for it's size an price!

I carefully researched the right speakers for a backpacking trip I took this summer; reading online and even going down to Fry's to actually hear and see the different models myself. I needed something very small as I was carrying it around, but I wanted to do my music some justice! This was BY FAR the best I found for it's size; others that were even heavier had worse sound. It's not amazingly...

IM3C ipod Portable autio system

Strengths: The size of the system is super compact with the carrying case that's included in the package which really make the system portable. It's also light weight with good sound quality.

Weakness: The remote control is not very functional.

I got this system as a gift and I like it so far. The bass of the speaker is not powerful enough for high volume. I really like the light weight of the speaker which make it so easy to carry. It will be nice if it's even smaller.
