ATI Radeon 9800 Pro All-In-Wonder Video Card

Strengths: Very good videocard!!! Stylish, watch TV and even record!!!, VCD, everything. KICKASS PRODUCT!!! remote , etc DDR2, yes, DDR2, not 1 but 2

Weakness: BADBADBAD DRIVER CDS!!!!! (no problem tho, no big deal)

DRIVERS SHOULD BE DOWNLOADED DIRECTLY FROM THE ATI SITE!!! THERE WILL NOT BE ANY BUGS!!! TOTALLY AWESOME VIDEOCARD!!! NO LAG!!! It took me about 1 week to get everyting working fine. Just need to find the correct way. Which is downloading the correct drivers UPDATED VERSION. now it works like a charm!!! PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION IS RECOMMENDED IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS!!!

ATI Radeon 9800 Pro All-In-Wonder Video Card

Strengths: fast card, full featured

Weakness: none so far

I've been building systems since 1996 and the only time I've experienced driver problems were with motherboards based on non-Intel chipsets. I currently have two systems with ATI Radeon 8500 cards (one 64 meg, one 128 meg,) another system has an All in Wonder 8500 DV 64 meg. My new system build has the All in Wonder 9800 Pro, and has been stable and performing flawlessly for three weeks. (This...

ATI Radeon 9800 Pro All-In-Wonder Video Card

Strengths: unbelievable speed, good color blending, cool colors :p

Weakness: drivers are an issue

If you don't want to spend $500 then this is the card to have. Runs flawlessly. I have never had a lockup, reboot, or anything. Halo looks ridiculously amazing. The details that are brought out with this card are eyepopping. I've seen the other Nvidia equivalents to the 9800 pro (5900 ultra) and ATI brings those details out better. It is also the recommended card for Half Life 2 and Doom 3 (as of...

ATI Radeon 9800 Pro All-In-Wonder Video Card

Strengths: There is no competition for this video All In wonder card. No one even came close to this fury Multimedia video card.

Weakness: NONE, O, NADA

This one does it all and is well worth the price. Hey a good TV costs more. This will turn you computer into a TV with excellent reception. Watch you favorite show while surfing the internet. Games? Wow!! Have MS FS2002 and Jedi Knight Outcast II and have everything set to the highest graphic options and no pauses just smooth perfect graphics. I don't even have anymore VHS's! I copied them with...

ATI Radeon 9800 Pro All-In-Wonder Video Card

Strengths: Ginsu Video Card.

Weakness: None(as long as it works).

There was a defect with this card when I first got it, ATI took care of it in a little over a week. Other than that this is quite All in One video card. Gameplay is great, TV tuner quality is good. Video capture also good. Price is a little steep but worth it for those who are heavy gamers and also do some video editing or perhaps watch TV on the side.

ATI Radeon 9800 Pro All-In-Wonder Video Card

Strengths: great power with a lot of options.

Weakness: can be a bit expensive.

I originally got this card to go in my dad's computer but it became mine. The power behind this card is quite impressive. I have run Battlefield Vietnam and Far Cry at the highest settings with no problem. If you want a card that can do everything from games to acting as a tv, this is a great pick.

ATI Radeon 9800 Pro All-In-Wonder Video Card

Strengths: The best card i've experienced so far

Weakness: Driver issues, pricey, poor user manual

This card's giving me everything i've never had from the previous card--Geforce4 TI 4600 that was blown away in every aspect comparing to the AIW 9800Pro. The images it yields very sharp and clear, the speed is awesome. I've been playing Halflife, CS, Serious sam, Unreal tour, RTCW,...with no issues so far. Tv tuner and DVD qualities are also quite good. Yet, i kinda had problems with the CD...

ATI Radeon 9800 Pro All-In-Wonder Video Card

Strengths: Great for counterstrike, plenty of punch to keep you going.

Weakness: 9600 AIW comes close in that it comes w/ hl2 and a free coupon for Remote Wonder II. 9600 also packs a decent punch comparatively.

I actually have been waiting for this card FOREVER finally i jumped on it for 263 + tax with a rare deal. This is the top of the line radeon card with a tv tuner...

ATI Radeon 9800 Pro All-In-Wonder Video Card

Strengths: The games are in love in this card

Weakness: no weaknes exept the prise in the past ati was good in quality / prise but now the quality is better but the prise is higher.

no comment the best card in the market but i don't like the prise if u like nvidia cards u beter by the nvidia 5900 256mb:) if u like ati cards than go by this card u will be very :)) Ati 9800pro is nicer but nvidia ge5900 is faster after all Ge5900 has 256mb end thats not just numbers thats the reality.

ATI Radeon 9800 Pro All-In-Wonder Video Card

Strengths: Nice colors... Expensive

Weakness: Doesnt work too well for Video output. Drivers Drivers Drivers

I am a computer system builder, and have tried almost every all-in-wonder offering through these last years... In every case, from windows 98 to XP ATI has failed to make stable software or capable drivers. If you want a basic card that will record video, and are happy with the occasional crash and tackiness of user interface- if you don't mind buying from a company who's customer service # is a...

To test the ATI All-in-Wonder 9800 Pro, we installed the card in an Intel D875PBZ motherboard with AGP 8X support, a 2.8 GHz Pentium 4 chip and 512MB DDR RAM. Once the board was in and the power turned on, setup was a snap with the provided Catalyst ATI drivers disc. It is worth noting that the ATI All-in-Wonder Pro 9800 requires direct connection to the computer's power supply, in part to power...
