GE Force 6200 Video CardStrengths: Fluidity. Ease of use. Weakness: None. I had a Dell and my AGP Video Card went bust. I put in a temporary PCI 126 MB card. Video and graphics were horrible. Then I purchased the GEForce 6200 and the minute I installed it, it made a huge difference. I used to have hesitation and flickering and now all of these are gone. I used to have issue playing video from news channels, but this Card has resolved all issues. Great card for the...

A good entry card for normal useStrengths: 256MB DDR Memory, integrated HDTV encoder, 400MHz GPU, TV Output. Good enough to support those games that don't have too fancy animatures. Weakness: DDR instead of DDR2. AGP instead of PCI-E. Not good for high-FPS games such as DOOM3, Battlefields, etc. Price relatively high compared with other brands such as EVGA, ATI, etc. The card works flawlessly on basic video, movies play through it without any hiccups. Word to the wise though, do not use this card for games, if you want to play games splurge on something that has a 256-bit memory interface (i.e: NVIDIA GEFORCE 6800, ATI RADEON X800....etc)

Affordable card that provides Microsoft Vista Aero...Strengths: Affordable, versatile and supports Aero display within Microsoft Vista operating system. Weakness: Not a gaming powerhouse and (currently) no nView support in Vista. If you are upgrading to Windows Vista, and want to use the Aero display effects, you might need to upgrade your video card as well. If you also have an older motherboard, then you might have an AGP 8X slot for your video card, and taking both of these into account is the NVIDIA GeForce 6200 AGP 8X card from PNY Technologies. This card is one of more affordable ones that provides Aero support, and...

Good Card for Budget-Minded Gamers, Users w/Low-end...Strengths: Price, 256 MB memory, adequate Linux support, runs Doom 3 Weakness: Noise, noise, noise! I have this card installed on an ASUS K8V-MX motherboard with an AMD Athlon 64 3000+ and 2GB Kingston DDR 400 memory. Because my motherboard's AGP support is limited to 1.5V cards, I needed a card that met the manufacturer's specifications while being powerful enough to handle moderate gaming and video editing. The PNY Verto GeForce 6200 256 AGP met my expectations...and then some. Linux support...

GeForce 6200 Video Card 256MB AGP ReviewStrengths: Very fast, easy to install Weakness: Somewhat more expensive than comparable cards This card should be as good or better then the PNY 5200 I'm replacing. I prefere PNY graphic cards and they work very well in my system. I have not had any system problems with this card.

GeForce 6200 Video CardStrengths: Low price, HDTV, DVI It has HDVT encoder so it's good for HDTV watching! Comes with DVI and VGA dual outputs. Having S-video, components output too. It is AGP so it can be used for old PCs. New PCs are with PCI express.

Good Card overallStrengths: fast, easy to install, quiet Weakness: none My old card, FX5200, was damaged when I was playing Win11 for PC. So I upgraded to FX6200, much faster, much quieter than before. I am so happy with that now... One more thing, there are some accessories with the product. They are really useful for me. Overall, it's good one.

PNY GeForce 6200 (256MB, AGP, DVI, HDTV-out encoder)Strengths: No fan, no noise plus it handles video editing, playback and any graphics very well. Weakness: No video inputs. I was happy with my BFG GeForce MX 4000 64MB card until the day I got Pinnacle v.10 for editing home videos. I noticed delays in performance and limited by motherboard specs (AGP x8) started my search. I found this card to be priced slightly higher competitors, yet delivers HDTV signal, has dvi to component video adapter, plus the version I bought comes with nice heat sink, no fan. So, if you are... Advertisement

Why in a Mac Store
Strengths: Works in a window's setting out of the box.
Weakness: Is not supported with the G4 AGP power mac.
No drivers are on the web site for a g4 agp power mac. All the drivers are for either a Wintel computer (xp, vista, me, etc), or a Lintel computer. I do not know why Macmall carries it at all.
